Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. If many products are ordered simultaneously, they may be shipped together lowering therefore the overall shipping costs. We may ship via FedEx, MWR, DHL or China Post. Lux-mart.net and its team are not responsible for any delay in the shipping orders.
In case of cancellation, the client must inform Lux-mart.net in the shortest period of time possible. In case the products were already shipped, the client will have to proceed according to the return procedure.
In the case that a client would like to return the product, he must notify his willing to Lux-mart.net’s team in the following seven working days, start counting from the delivery day.
Any product can be returned in the first 15 days with full payment refund but the shipping costs. Thus, the client will be in charge of those shipping costs. The client must fill in a return authorisation form prior to shipping back to Lux-mart.net. The client will be then contacted by Lux-mart.net in the following 48 working hours. The client must include a copy of that authorisation form in the shipping back.
All our product warranties are subject to the information shown on the pertinent product details. If there is any defective piece, the client must first send a picture. Once Lux-mart.net certifies the problem, Lux-mart.net will get in contact with the client so he obtains the pertinent information to be able to return the defective product. Once we are notified and the product is sent to us, an equivalent replacement will be sent in a short period of time. If a defective piece is found within the first 15 days after delivery, Lux-Mart.net will be in charge of the replacement and the shipping fees. Lux-Mart.net is not responsible for any loss once the product is delivered to the client.
Any returned product must be in their original packaging and this packaging must be in the same or similar condition as received.
If the packaging is defective, the client can either reject the package or accept it. In case it is rejected, the client must communicate it to the Delivery Company and Lux-mart.net in the following 24 hours. In this case, Lux-mart.net will be in charge of the shipping fees and the product will be replaced. In case the product is accepted, the client should notify both the delivery company and Lux-mart.net so we can work to offer a better service in the next purchase. In case there is no replacement available, there will be a full return of the product and shipping fees or a substitution of the product with an equivalent product.
In case the client wants to change the model of the bought product, during the first 15 days after delivery, the client will only have to pay the shipping fees. In case there is missing or damaged product or packaging, missing parts or manuals, a 30% of restocking fee will be applied. In case of product alteration, intentional damage of the product or damage produced after product reception from the customer, the product was not maintained under product specifications, product misuse or negligence, product defects is not related to Lux-mart.net product functionality. We will not be responsible of any incident produced by the shipping company in the shipping back. Under no conditions Lux-mart.net will take responsibility on installation or reinstallation costs or expenses including any labour cost or related expenses. Lux-mart.net will not accept any expenditure on damages produced after delivery.
